The service
QuoteMango, operated by King Bull Ventures LLC, provides software that lets contractors create, send, and track proposals, and lets their clients view and accept them. QuoteMango is a software provider, not a contractor, and is not a party to any agreement between a contractor and their client.
Your account and content
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy and legality of the proposals, prices, terms, and client information you enter — including any license or registration line, which is displayed exactly as you enter it and is not verified by QuoteMango.
Client acceptance
The acceptance feature records a client's typed-name confirmation of the scope and price displayed, with a timestamp and a fingerprint of the accepted version. It is an acceptance record, not a formal electronic signature service, and QuoteMango makes no representation about the legal effect of an acceptance in any particular transaction. Contractors remain responsible for their own agreements and for complying with the laws that apply to their work.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe under the pricing shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Plan limits (including the Free plan's monthly sent-proposal limit) are described on the pricing page. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period; sent proposals remain accessible to their clients if a plan lapses.
Acceptable use
You may not use QuoteMango to send proposals or messages that are deceptive, unlawful, or unsolicited marketing. Proposal email may be sent only to clients and prospective clients of your own business.
Availability and liability
We work to keep QuoteMango available and your data safe, and we back data up regularly, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, King Bull Ventures LLC's liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
